Peacock Princess Headshot - Phyrrian Ball (WIP)

A sneak peak WIP of Mockingjay in her Phyrrian Ball outfit~

I am actually ashamed of myself because I tried to draw Mockingjay's face at least 13 different times, but no matter what I did, it wouldn't turn out right, and I was so close to tossing my tablet out the window. So, I found a picture of the RainWing base and traced a bit ;-; I'm so sorry, you have permission to toss me off of a 100 story building.

Everything else is completely free-handed. And please note that this headshot isn't even done, so don't mind the mistakes XD
